Super Strong Neodymium Rare Earth N35-N52 Block Square Neodymium Magnet For Sale
Neodymium magnets are a combination of Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe) and Boron (B), and are also referred to as NdFeB or Neo. These are the strongest of the rare earth magnets and used in virtually every industry. Rare Earth Neodymium Square magnets allow a uniform magnetic field across the square magnet face and can be made in any thickness. Applications include sensors, consumer products, and holding applications. We specialize in manufacturing permanent magnets according to customers' requirements in terms of composition, magnetic characteristics, shapes, and sizes.
Products description
20mm x 20mm x 2mm thick.
+/-0.1mm tolerance.
Each magnet's north and south pole are on opposite 20mm x 20mm square faces.
Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 7.8kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface.
Excellent resistance to demagnetisation.
Each magnet is coated with three layers of nickel, copper and nickel to improve corrosion resistance and provide a smooth and clean finish.

Key Advantages of Neodymium Magnet:
Neodymium Magnet are the most powerful commercially produced magnets.
Neodymium Magnet have a higher Maximum Energy Product, (BH).max, which can easily reach 30 MGOe and even goes up to 50 MGOe.
Neodymium Magnet can replace SmCo magnets in most cases, especially where operating temperature is less than 80 degrees Centigrade.
Neodymium Magnet has very high strength.
Relatively low cost.
Compared to Alnico and SmCo magnets, relatively easy to machine.
Applications
Strong Neodymium Block Magnets are used in many different industries such as design, advertising, engineering, manufacturing, printing, film, science and construction. There are also multiple commercial and industrial applications. These include, magnetic separators in the food industry, flow control systems and water conditioning to name a few.
Customized magnets
We can also custom manufacturer neodymium magnets to your exact specifications, just send us a special request and we'll help you determine the most cost effective solution for your project.
FAQ:
Q1. What type of magnet is NdFeB?
A1. Neodymium magnets (also known as "NdFeB", "Neo" or "NIB" magnets) are permanent magnets made of neodymium, iron & boron. They are from the Rare-Earth magnet family and have the highest magnetic properties of all permanent magnets, stronger than Samarium Cobalt (SmCo), Alnico and Ferrite.
Q2. What is the strength of NdFeB magnets?
A2. For Neodymium (NdFeB) Magnets the BHmax will range, in general, from 30 MGOe to 55 MGOe. So, when defining your magnet need, keep in mind that the higher the number, the stronger the magnet. Neodymium magnets produce the highest MGOe of any permanent magnet material.
Q3. How do you demagnetize a NdFeB magnet?
A3. The induction heating method can demagnetize the large NdFeB magnets by heating the magnet to about 300 °C on the surface facing the induction heater, whereas a demagnetization using a gas torch might result in a much higher local surface temperature.
Q4. Are neodymium magnets safe for humans?
A4. Neodymium magnets are perfectly safe to use, as long as you handle them with proper care. Magnetic fields are not dangerous to humans at all. Though, magnets can damage some electronic devices. For example, TV's, hearing aids, watches, credit cards, and computers can all be damaged to magnets.
Q5. Do neodymium magnets mess up electronics?
A5. Magnets can damage your electronics. Strong magnetic fields of neodymium magnets can damage certain magnetic media such as credit cards, magnetic I.D. cards, and legacy media such as cassette tapes, and videotapes. They can also cause damage to TVs and computer monitors.
