Magnet Factory Provide N52 Neodymium Countersunk Hole Magnets
Rare earth magnets are the strongest type of permanent magnet currently made. They are amazingly powerful for their size and have innumerable uses. These neodymium pot magnets are 1.26 inch (32mm) diameter and 0.2 inch (5mm) thick. They are magnetized through the thickness. They are composed of neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. Maximum working temperature is 176 F (80 C). Ideal for furniture fixings, hanging artwork and keeping doors and drawers closed, countersunk magnets have a central hole which allows them to be fixed to non-magnetic surfaces with a screw.

Custom service
Rare Earth Neodymium countersunk magnets are among the most powerful permanent magnets available. Our range is suited to a wide range of applications, including office and home.
Countersunk ndfeb magnet are extremely strong for their size. Shapes include rings, blocks, discs and custom. To prevent unwanted oxidation, neodymium magnets are usually finished with zinc, nickel or epoxy coating.
Note:
1. Keep away from pacemakers.
2. Powerful magnets can hurt your fingers.
3. Not for children, parental supervision required.
4. All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly can last a lifetime.
5. If damaged please dispose of completely. Shards are still magnetized and if swallowed can inflict serious damage.
FAQ:
Q: What are N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets?
A: N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets are small, flat, round magnets made from rare earth neodymium material. They have a countersunk hole in the center which is designed to allow them to be easily screwed onto a surface or object.
Q: What are the dimensions of N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets?
A: The dimensions of N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets vary depending on the particular size and shape you choose. Typically, they range from 8mm diameter up to 25mm diameter, with thicknesses from 3mm to 6mm.
Q: What are some common uses for N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets?
A: N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets are often used in a variety of applications, such as holding doors open, hanging signs, holding tools or knives securely in place, and attaching name badges to clothing.
Q: Are N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets strong enough to hold heavy objects?
A: The strength of N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets depend on their size and shape. A larger magnet will have a stronger holding force than a smaller one. They are generally strong enough to hold small or medium-sized objects, but for larger or heavier objects, multiple magnets may be needed.
Q: How long do N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets last?
A: N35 Neodymium Countersunk Magnets are very durable and long-lasting if treated properly. They can last for many years if kept away from extremes in temperature or moisture and if not exposed to excessive force or impact.
