What Are Magnetic Assemblies?
What are magnetic assemblies?
Magnetic assemblies are equipped with permanent magnets like NdFeB magnets and other material parts like metal, stainless steel, plastic, rubber, adhesive tape, wood, hardboard and etc. Magnet assemblies can be much more powerful than magnet itself, and achieve some certain functional effect which magnet cannot meet. Magnetic assemblies are components or devices or systems that combine magnetic & non-magnetic materials with the aim of high magnetic field and cost reduction. They are used for a huge variety of applications including latches, signs, displays, tools, and fixtures.
What are the materials of magnetic assemblies?
Magnet Alloy: 1. Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets 2. Bonded Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets 3. Samarium Cobalt Magnets 4. Ferrite Magnets 5. Aluminum Nickel Cobalt Magnets | Non-magnet material: 1. Teflon 2. Low-carbon steel 3. ABS, PBT 4. Copper 5. Aluminum 6. Stainless steel 7. Nylon 8. Acrylics |
What are the common magnetic assemblies?
We customize a wide range of magnetic assemblies like pot magnets, rubber coated magnets, magnetic hooks, fishing magnets and office magnets etc.
Pot magnets:
The structure of conventional pot magnets consists of the permanent magnet, steel shell, and spacer. Sintered Neodymium magnets, sintered Samarium Cobalt magnets, ferrite magnets and AlNiCo magnets are all can be served in the pot magnets.
Rubber coated magnet is strong neodymium magnet protected by a layer of durable black rubber coating. Rubber coated neodymium magnets give great durability and high friction to keep them from slipping on surfaces. The rubber coating also acts as a protection against chipping and liquids.
Fishing magnets:
Neodymium Fishing Magnet, Fishing Magnet is made of a super strong neodymium magnet encased inside a nickel plated steel pot. The sintered NdFeB magnet is bonded inside of the pot with strong adhesives. Besides, the steel pot can also protect the magnet from being damaged. The eyebolt will be convenient for us to remove and install fish magnet.
